Seafood People is pleased to announce the appointment of Noelia Monge as Project Analyst. With a solid background in Management Consulting and Corporate Finance, Noelia brings a wealth of experience from driving transformation in multiple industries. She joins the team with a fresh perspective and a strong focus on innovation, multicultural collaboration and strategic business growth.

Previously, Noelia worked as Senior Consultant at BDO Interamericas, where she led the local team in Costa Rica. She played a key role in national and regional projects across a wide array of industries, working with clients from diverse sectors in Latin America. As a leader in the Management Consulting and Corporate Finance departments, Noelia has successfully tackled complex challenges in strategic and corporate transformation. Her expertise spans corporate strategy development, operational and process optimization, and financial improvements – delivering measurable results that significantly impact client performance.

Noelia’s academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Big Data and Business Analytics from Centro Europeo de Posgrados, as well as a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Production Engineering from Instituto Tecnológico de Costa Rica. Her diverse academic background and hands-on experience in solving complex business challenges will contribute to strengthening Seafood People’s capacity to address the challenges of the global seafood industry.
